Gifted Hands - Lynyrd Skynyrd

I remember the day that he came in
I can't believe how long it's been
Like a poet, he began to play

Just an old friend that hung with the band
A drinkin' man, he had no plan
But he played the 'Bird, played it for free

'Cause I know he's here, he's everywhere
Take a look around, oh and you will see
That cross we bear, it's in the air
Lord, we thank You for those gifted hands

There are demons we live with every day
That tear at our hearts and take us away
To another place some of us don't get back

This song is for the hands of the workin' man
Who believes in himself and he understands
Love, hope, and faith are The Maker's plan

'Cause I know he's here, he's everywhere
Take a look around, oh and you will see
That cross we bear, it's in the air
Lord, we thank You for those gifted hands

One day we'll all take that ride
And with those gifted hands I know you'll fly

Ring of Fire - Johnny Cash

Love is a burning thing
And it makes a fiery ring
Bound by wild desire
I fell into a ring of fire

I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down, down, down and the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire

I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down, down, down and the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire

The taste of love is sweet
When hearts like ours meet
I fell for you like a child
Oh, but the fire went wild

I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down, down, down and the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire

I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down, down, down and the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire

And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire
The ring of fire
The ring of fire

Johnny Cash - I walk the line

I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time
I keep the ends out for the tie that binds
Because you're mine, I walk the line

I find it very, very easy to be true
I find myself alone when each day is through
Yes, I'll admit that I'm a fool for you
Because you're mine, I walk the line

As sure as night is dark and day is light
I keep you on my mind both day and night
And happiness I've known proves that it's right
Because you're mine, I walk the line

You've got a way to keep me on your side
You give me cause for love that I can't hide
For you I know I'd even try to turn the tide
Because you're mine, I walk the line

I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time
I keep the ends out for the tie that binds
Because you're mine, I walk the line

Oh When the Saints - The Golden Gate Quartet

Oh, when the saints, go marching in,
Yes when the saints go marching in.
Oh Lord I want to be in that ever lovin' number
When the saints go marching in.

Oh, when the saints, go marching in,
Yes when the saints go marching in.
Oh Lord I want to be in that number
When the saints go marching in.

Oh yes, I had a dear old mother,
And if you should see her before I do,
Won't you tell her that you saw me coming,
I was struttin' straight on through

Oh, when the saints, go marching in,
Yes when the saints go marching in.
Oh Lord I want to be in that number
When the saints go marching in.

You Are My Sunshine - Johnny Cash

The other night dear as I lay sleeping
I dreamed I held you in my arms
But when I awoke, dear, I was mistaken
So I bowed my head and I cried

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away

I'll always love you, and make you happy
If only you could say the same
And if you leave me to love another
You will regret it all someday

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away

I've always loved you and made you happy
And nothing else could come between
But now you've left me to love another
You've shattered all of my dreams

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away

Lean On Me - Bill Withers

Sometime in our lives we all have pain
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise we know that there's
Always tomorrow

Lean on me when you're not strong and
I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long till I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

Please swallow your pride if I have things
You need to borrow
For no one can fill those of your needs
that you won't let show

Just call on me brother when you need a hand
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'd understand
We all need somebody to lean on

Lean on me when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long till 'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

Just call on me brother when you need a hand
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'd understand
We all need somebody to lean on

If there is a load you have to bear
That you can't carry
I'm right up the road, I'll share your load
if you just call me

Just call me when you need a friend
Just call me when you need a friend...

Isn't She Lovely - Stevie Wonder

 Isn't she lovely
 Isn't she wonderful
 Isn't she precious
 Less than one minute old
I never thought through love we'd be
Making one as lovely as she
But isn't she lovely made from love

 Isn't she pretty
 Truly the angel's best
 Boy, I'm so happy
 We have been heaven blessed
I can't believe what God has done
through us he's given life to one
But isn't she lovely made from love

 Isn't she lovely
Life and love are the same
 Life is Aisha
 The meaning of her name
Londie, it could have not been done
Without you who conceived the one
That's so very lovely made from love

Y' know, every now and then
I think you might like to hear something from us
Nice and easy
But there's just one thing
You see we never ever do nothing
Nice and easy
We always do it nice and rough
So we're gonna take the beginning of this song
And do it easy
Then we're gonna do the finish rough
This is the way we do "proud mary"

And we're rolling, rolling, rolling on the river
Listen to the story

I left a good job in the city
Working for the man every night and day
And I never lost one minute of sleeping
Worrying 'bout the way things might have been

Big wheel keep on turning
Proud mary keep on burning
And we're rolling, rolling
Rolling on the river

Cleaned a lot of plates in memphis
Pumped a lot of tane down in new orleans
But I never saw the good side of the city
Till I hitched a ride on a riverboat queen

Big wheel keep on turning
Proud mary keep on burning
And we're rolling, rolling
Rolling on the river

If you come down to the river
I bet you gonna find some people who live
You don't have to worry if you got no money
People on the river are happy to give

Amazing Grace - Soweto Gospel Choir & Celtic Woman

Amazing Grace
John Newton (1725-1807)

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come;
'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far
and Grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good to me.
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.

Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.

When we've been here ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun.

Oh Mary Don't You Weep - Bruce Springsteen

Well if I could, I surely would,
Stand on the rock where Moses stood,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Well Mary wore three links of chain,
On every link was Jesus name,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Well one of these nights about 12 o'clock,
This old world is gonna rock,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Well Moses stood on the Red Sea shore,
Smote the water with a two by four,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Well old Mister Satan he got mad,
Missed that soul that he thought he had,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Brothers and sisters, don't you cry,
There'll be good times by and by,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

God gave Noah the rainbow sign,
don't mourn water, but fire next time,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn,
Oh Mary don't you weep don't mourn.

Pharoh's army got drowned,
Oh Mary don't you weep.

El noi de la mare

Què li darem en el Noi de la Mare?
Què li darem, que li sàpiga bo?
Li darem panses amb unes balances,
li darem figues amb un paneró.

Què li darem al Fillet de Maria?
Què li darem al formós Infantó?
Panses i figues i nous i olives,
panses i figues i mel i mató.

Tampatamtam, que les figues són verdes,
tampatamtam, que ja maduraran.
Si no maduren el dia de Pasqua,
maduraran en el dia de Rams.

Let me live - Queen

(Take a piece of my heart)
(Take a piece of my soul)
Why don't you take another little piece of my heart
Why don't you take it and break it
And tear it all apart
All I do is give
All you do is take
Baby why don't you give me
A brand new start

So let me live (so let me live)
Let me live (leave me alone)
Let me live, oh baby
And make a brand new start

Why don't you take another little piece of my soul
Why don't you shape it and shake it 'till you're really in control
All you do is take
And all I do is give
All that I'm askin'
Is a chance to live

(So let me live) - so let me live
(Leave me alone) - let me live, let me live
Why don't you let me make a brand new start

And it's a long hard struggle
But you can always depend on me
And if you're ever in trouble - hey
You know where I will be

Why don't you take another little piece of my life
Why don't you twist it, and turn it
And cut it like a knife
All you do is live
All I do is die
Why can't we just be friends
Stop livin' a lie

So let me live (so let me live)
Let me live (leave me alone)
Please let me live
(Why don't you live a little)
Oh yeah baby
(Why don't you give a little love...?)

Go for it baby

Let me live
Please let me live
Oh yeah baby, let me live
And make a brand new start

Let me live (let me live)
In your heart
Take another piece
In your heart, oh baby
(Take another piece, take another piece)
Please let me live
(Take another piece, take another piece)
Why don't you take another piece
Take another little piece of my heart
Oh yeah baby
Make a brand new start
All you do is take
Let me live

Nothing But The Water - Grace Potter and the Nocturnals

I have seen what man can do
When the evil lives inside of you
Many are the weak
And the strong are few
But with the water
We'll start anew

Well, won't you take me down to the levy, take me down to the stream,

take my down to the water, we're gonna wash our souls clean,

take me down to the river, take me down to the lake,

Yes, we'll all go together, we're gonna do it for the good lord's sake

I have fallen so many times
For the devil's sweet, cunning rhymes
And this old world
Has brought us pain
But there's hope
For us again

Well, won't you take me down to the levy, take me down to the stream,

take my down to the water, we're gonna wash our souls clean,

take me down to the river, take me down to the lake,

Yes, we'll all go together, we're gonna do it for the good lord's sake

Tried my hand at the bible, tried my hand at prayer,

but now nothing but the water is gonna bring my soul to bare

Tried my hand at the bible, tried my hand at prayer,

but now nothing but the water is gonna bring my soul to bare

Born To Be Wild - Steppenwolf

Get your motor running
Head out on the highway
Looking for adventure
In whatever comes our way

Yeah, darling
Gonna make it happen
Take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once and
Explode into space

I like smoke and lightning
Heavy metal thunder
Racing in the wind
And the feeling that I'm under

Yeah, darling
Gonna make it happen
Take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once and
Explode into space

Like a true nature child
We were born
Born to be wild
We have climbed so high
Never want to die
Born to be wild
Born to be wild

El dubte - Mazoni

Si voleu sentir la crítica del àlbum que ha fet el nostre dire en el seu temps de lleure pitgeu aquí.

--------------------------------------------

El dubte

El dia s’apaga i les flors es tanquen dins el teu jardí
He pensat dir-te moltes coses però ara ja no les vull dir
Demà
Potser
No ho sé
Tot és confús

El que avui sembla senzill l’endemà es torna complicat
El desig posa el peu a la porta perquè l’amor pugui entrar
I quan
És dins
Sovint
Et sents perdut
Submergit en el dubte

La vida premia als que busquen un camí sense marcar
Però el dubte mossega a l’hora de triar el moment
que has de parar
I aquest
Moment
Concret
No arriba mai
Submergit en el dubte etern

--------------------------------------------

I aquí la canço sencera però trobo que no sona tant bé...
